We offer the following shipping rates to the United States and select international regions:

• FREE Shipping: On all orders over $35.00 USD.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Since we source our unique home decor products directly from top global manufacturers to ensure the best prices, shipping times may vary:

• United States: 7 - 15 business days.
• International: 10 - 20 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or local carrier delays.

4. Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Easepawpet is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at lucky1758523@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you as soon as possible.
